And I wanted to help her so I gave her a one year gift card at the lokal swimming pool, and I promised to go swimming with her. I´m a runner and been doing that all my life. And we went swimming for first one hour 2 times a week. And after a while i raised the bar and we went swimming for 1 hour but now 3 times a week. Almost two years later she is working as a gym instructor. Instead of putting someone down encourage!
