The Urban Playboys are a 6 piece band made up of players from some of Melbourne's premier cover bands. The band is an experienced, ultra cool bunch playing the best dance music from the 70's through to the 90's.
The band comprises drums, percussion, guitar, bass, keyboards, trumpet, saxophone and vocals. Entertainment value is extremely high with clever, witty and topical banter spouting from Mr Norton and Papa Playboy all night long.
Pretty much the best retro disco band around, The Urban Playboys dress in a manner appropriate to their position in society ... flashy, furry and out of reach.
