Foundational Teaching of the Global Information Network
The "Law of Attraction" is a cornerstone of the Global Information Network teachings. The concept has been around a long time but in recent years became popularized with the book and movie, "The Secret", "What the BLEEP do we Know?" and the books and material by Abraham-Hicks such as "Ask and it is Given". The basic idea is that there is a spiritual principle simplified with the phrase "like attracts like" and that whatever you believe to be true about your life, yourself, your experience, your health, your relationships, your financial position, etc. - the universe starts to shape your experience to match your belief; you attract more of whatever prominent thoughts you hold true. You are the product of your beliefs. Usually, it is taught that using the Law of Attraction, you can "have, be or do anything you desire" and that is a phrase that the Global Information Network uses. The truth is that you are a creator and you activate the Law of Attraction when you use your will power to create something.
We live in a vibrational reality. Yogi masters have said this for centuries but science is now catching up. Everything is made of atoms, atoms are made of electrons and protons, and these are made of LIGHT or ENERGY and this light energy is made of pure thought. It has been explained that "thoughts are things." Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein said that the brain is a transmitter and receiver of energy, as mentioned in the Global Information Network's "Your Wish is Your Command" training set. In other words, since everything is essentially made of thought, then thoughts themselves are the creators of reality. Although I had been reading about the Law of Attraction for years, I never knew that Edison and Einstein thought along those lines until I heard it from the Global Information Network.
The Law of Attraction concept suggests that your life and all the circumstances in it were created by you. Since you are the creator, you can create anew. You can affect everything in your life. The key here is to realize that YOU ALREADY DO THIS. So you are already using the Law of Attraction. You don't have to search for this outside of yourself -- you just have to realize you have been using the Law of Attraciton all along and now to be conscious of it and direct the energy where you choose it to go! If you think you are unattractive and unworthy of love or if you think that you cannot be prosperous then it is true. The opposite is true as well. The creative "god" energy or "universe" will start finding a way to fulfill your beliefs. Thus you attract via vibrational thought, things into your life.
